1. Seller

2. Purpose

These terms apply to the purchase of credits on flixy.design. Credits let you make creations without a watermark and in higher qualities, and remove the watermark from a creation already made. They complement the terms of use.

3. Credit prices

1 credit is worth 1 US dollar(s) (USD). The minimum purchase is 10 credits; preset amounts and a custom amount are offered. Prices include all taxes where taxes apply. The total amount is shown before you confirm the payment.

4. Using credits

The number of credits needed for a creation depends on its type (image, edit, video), its quality and its length; the price list is published on the Pricing page and the remaining balance is always shown in the account. Credits are debited when the creation starts. If the creation fails, the debited credits are automatically returned to the account. Credits do not expire while the account is active. They cannot be refunded in cash (unless required by law) or transferred to another account.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by card through a secure payment provider; MSA Technology never has access to your full card details. Credits are added to the account as soon as the payment is confirmed. An invoice or receipt is available on request.

6. Right of withdrawal

Credits give access to digital content supplied immediately. Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, by asking for the credits to be added immediately and expressly waiving your right of withdrawal at payment, you can no longer exercise this right. Unused credits may nevertheless be refunded within 14 days of purchase on simple request through the Contact page.

7. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, use the Contact page. If no amicable solution is found, you may use the following consumer mediator free of charge: [consumer mediator to be completed], as well as the European online dispute resolution platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the protective provisions of the consumer's country of residence.
