1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Flixy service (flixy.design), published by MSA Technology, a SARL registered under SIREN 107 122 434, with its registered office at [adresse du siège à compléter]. Flixy lets you create images, edit photos and create videos from written or spoken descriptions, using artificial intelligence models.

2. Account

An account (email address and password) is required to start a creation and keep your projects. You must be at least 15 years old, or have a parent's consent if you are younger. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for how your account is used. You can delete your account at any time from My account → My data.

3. Free service and credits

The service is free in standard quality: free creations carry a Flixy watermark. Credits, purchased under the terms of sale, let you create without a watermark and in higher qualities. MSA Technology may change the features, available qualities and free usage limits, in particular to prevent abuse.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Flixy to create, request or distribute:

  • any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or any content that puts them at risk;
  • intimate or nude images of real people, or any infringement of other people's privacy and image rights;
  • content designed to deceive: impersonation, false information presented as real, fake documents, counterfeit banknotes, fake evidence;
  • hateful, discriminatory or harassing content, or content glorifying terrorism or real violence;
  • content infringing copyright, trademarks or third-party rights;
  • any content that is illegal under French law or the law of the user's country.

Requests are analysed automatically before creation; a request that breaks these rules may be refused. In case of abuse, MSA Technology may remove content, suspend or close the account concerned, without refunding credits used abusively.

5. Your creations

Provided you comply with these terms and third-party rights, you may use your creations freely, including for commercial purposes. You remain responsible for how you use them. Results produced by artificial intelligence may be inaccurate, resemble existing content or not match your request exactly: check them before any use. You grant MSA Technology the right to host, process and display your creations in order to provide the service and, only if you publish them in the gallery, to show them publicly on the site.

6. Sharing and gallery

Your creations are private by default. A share link makes them visible to anyone who has it; publishing in the gallery makes them visible to all visitors of the site. You can disable a link or remove a creation from the gallery at any time. MSA Technology may remove any content from the gallery, in particular if it is reported or breaks these terms.

7. Availability and liability

MSA Technology strives to provide an available, high-quality service but cannot guarantee it continuously: interruptions may occur (maintenance, incidents, unavailability of a provider). A paid creation that fails is refunded in credits. To the extent permitted by law, MSA Technology's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage, and to the amount paid by the user in the last twelve months.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page; you will be informed of any significant change. Acceptance of each version is recorded when you sign up.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first (Contact page). If you are a consumer, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge and you remain protected by the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
